Any American found to be frequently locker room “bro-texting” and “bro-emailing” with Epstein should be thoroughly investigated.

Other nations are holding their politicians and elites accountable who have violated their nation’s laws, morals, ethics, or social contract:

• The UK has arrested Prince Andrew, with King Charles III’s approval, for his alleged relationship with Epstein.

• Brazil has sentenced former president Jair Bolsonaro to 27 years in prison for his role in an attempted coup d’etat in 2023.

• South Korea has sentenced former South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol to life in prison for his role in an attempted coup d’etat in 2024.

Yet, Trump skates free after being indicted and convicted of multiple crimes, including his role in the attempted insurrection on January 6, 2021.

It is reported that Trump is mentioned, referenced, photographed, or recorded on video in the Epstein Files thousands of times. Under any other circumstances, a thorough investigation would be mandatory, an indictment would be assured, and a conviction, on multiple counts, would be likely.

Other Epstein acquaintances, mentioned only several to dozens of times, have been forced to resign from prestigious academic, corporate, and political positions of influence and power. Some may eventually be indicted and convicted as more of the Epstein Files are unredacted and released.

We don’t need to wait any longer.

Enough is enough! It is time for Trump to resign or be indicted.

To paraphrase James Carville’s 1992 Clinton re-election campaign slogan, “It’s the economy, stupid.” My red line was, “It’s the masks, stupid.”

“Masked”, unidentifiable law enforcement officers and agents are, if not illegal, certainly their behavior is “UN-AMERICAN.” Are masked ICE agents assaulting, shooting, caging, and deporting immigrants and legal citizens any different than hooded KuKluxKlan riders lynching black people?

Trump 2.0 has crossed many egregious red lines. Among these are:

- Pardoning thousands of criminals and insurrectionists.

- Accepting gifts from foreign leaders - Boeing 747 from Qatar.

In “the good old days” many of his executive orders would have triggered his impeachment, removal by the 25th amendment, or forced resignation, like Nixon.

The latest crossed red line was Trump’s official White House letter addressed to Jonas Gahr Støre, the Norwegian Prime Minister, scolding him for Trump not being awarded the Nobel Peace prize; then using that as a reason for the United States to amp up its efforts to seize Greenland, by any means, from Denmark.

This letter is an embarrassing rant by an irresponsible Toddler-in-Chief who didn’t get his way, so he throws a tantrum and threatens to throw his toy, the US Military, against the wall - disgusting and perilous.

Dear Jonas:

Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America.

Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a “right of ownership” anyway? There are no written documents, it’s only a boat that landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also.

Free speech in the United States of America is now a myth.

On July 30, 2025 Brown University agreed to pay a $50 million penalty and adhere to a number of government edicts in return for the reinstatement of $510 million of previously approved research grants1.

Brown didn’t unite with other universities to confront the Trump regime’s attempts to control how universities manage themselves and their student bodies. Instead, they negotiated on their own and capitulated like the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University recently did.

Capitulation

Media and technology corporations, universities, and law firms are expected to inform, educate, and protect the People. They are failing. One-by-one they are folding under a blitzkrieg of political, economic, and judicial pressures inflicted by the Trump regime, the Federal Government's Executive Branch.

Media and technology corporations, universities, and law firms are expected to be purveyors of truth, sources of education and enlightenment, and ensurers of justice. Instead, when attacked by the Trump regime they abandon their core principles of independence, impartiality, and truth-telling.

Why have they capitulated to the illegitimate and illegal (in some cases) political dictates of President Trump and his handlers? The answer is greed and self-interest!

If they don’t “bend the knee”, pledge fealty, kowtow, and pay what amounts to Mafia style protection fees, they face lawsuits, canceled government contracts, withheld congressionally approved funds, and canceled or delayed research grants.

The media and technology mega-corporations, elite universities, and prestigious law firms attacked by the Trump regime are betraying Americans and breaching America’s de facto social contract. The Concern

The concern here is not the Federal Government’s right to administer the distribution of monies previously approved by Congress to fund corporate services and research or university grants.

The concern is the President’s use of executive powers to punish law firms, corporations, and universities for not conforming to the administration’s version of some of the core clauses of Our nation’s largely unwritten social contract.

In effect, the Trump Administration is rewriting Our social contract without Our approval. The Trump Administration is unilaterally changing America’s social contract expectations concerning:

• Economic, gender, and racial equality,

• Environmental protections,

• Health care,

• Social security,

• Economic security,

• America’s status as a world power and leader.

They didn’t ask. They just did it, and continue doing it.

So, what do politicians do when they are experiencing political and/or economic troubles at home and abroad?

In this instance, Bibi and Trump have taken advantage of the ongoing, simmering Middle East conflict between Israel and Iran and its proxies: Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, et. al.

Deflection Strategy

So what did Bibi and Trump do?

Well, just maybe Bibi Netanyahu and/or Trump hatched a scheme in which Israel attacks Iran’s nuclear development facilities citing Iran’s imminent creation of a nuclear weapon. Over the two weeks following the initial attack, Israel launches wave after wave of bombing raids on Iranian nuclear and other strategic assets. To which, Iran responds with the relatively ineffective launching of ballistic missles on Israeli targets.

The world is nervous that a larger conflict may evolve.

As no end to hostilities appears to be in sight, Trump issues a unilateral ultimatum to both sides to suspend hostilities and negotiate a cease fire agreement.

Then, before the combatants negotiate to respond to Trump’s ultimatum, Trump launches an allegedly “independent” strike on Iran’s key nuclear weapons research and development facilities using the US Air Force’s most potent non-nuclear airborne weapon, “30,000 pound GBU-57 series MOP (Massive Ordnance Penetrator)”, dropped by B-2 stealth bombers.

Fourteen bombs drop.

Trump declares Iran’s nuclear bomb creation facilities have been “obliterated.” Trump declares he has saved the world from a wider conflict.

Really Smart Deflection Choice!

Many in the world are anti-Iran and/or anti-Israel. Trump can’t lose on this one. He vowed he didn’t start the conflict. He just wanted to end it to save us all.

Now, we wait to see if this deflection succeeds as the focus shifts from Trump the dictator to Trump the leader and savior.

The people who desecrated Our Capitol on January 6th, 2021 claimed they had the right to behave as they did because it is their Capitol. To be clear and unambiguous, it is not their Capitol. It belongs to all Americans. They had no right to storm the Capitol in their deluded, self-righteous hunt for Mike Pence, Nancy Pelosi and other lawmakers to punish them for their lack of support for President Donald J. Trump’s attempts to overturn the allegedly stolen 2020 presidential election.

The live video coverage and after-action reporting confirmed that the acts committed by Trump’s supporters on January 6th, 2021 at the US Capitol Building were acts of insurrection.

These insurrectionists are not going away. And, We are not going away. The deluded, false narrative of a stolen 2020 presidential election has been and could be further debunked, but that won’t change their minds.

The January 6th insurrectionists exhibited arrogance, ignorance and violence in abundance. As the investigative facts were revealed, it appears many in this mob are, otherwise, typical Americans, not Hillary’s “deplorables”. They have families and jobs. They run and own companies. Many are US military veterans. Most, I believe would argue that they are the “true patriots”.

They are not!

They violated the rule of law upon which Our country was founded and by which the rest of Us abide. Their acts cannot be tolerated or excused. They should have all been held fully accountable and faced the full consequences of their acts — not pardoned by Donald J. Trump.

Justifying the acts committed by the 6th’s insurrectionists by comparing them to the looting of stores, destruction of cars, and breaking of glass windows by protestors during past civil disturbances related to societal issues, like Black Lives Matter, is a false equivalency. This was an attack on the most visible symbol of the American democratic republic and its duly elected government — The United States Capitol.

Aperiodically, George Washington’s Farewell Address has been read aloud in the United States Senate and the U. S. House of Representatives. The purpose has been to remind Congressional lawmakers of their obligation to uphold the Constitution against all individuals, organizations, or institutions intent on:

• Violating any article of or amendment to the Constitution.

• Undermining the Federal Government defined by the Constitution.

This year a bill1 was introduced in the US House of Representatives to make the reading of Washington’s Farewell Address mandatory.

If the 546 members of the three branches of the United States Federal Government consistently adhered to Washington’s counsel, America would not be in the dire situation it now finds itself.

Washington feared and predicted the worst-case political and economic scenarios the United States might face in the future.

228 years later in 2025, the United States is now concurrently experiencing many of the worst-case scenarios Washington feared could happen.

Introduction

In 1796 George Washington published his farewell address to the nation. In his address, George Washington counseled and admonished the American People and their government representatives, present and future, on how to protect their Constitution and the Federal Government structure defined by the Constitution. He feared that internal divisiveness and corruption, foreign intrigue would undermine, control, or destroy the unity of government.

George Washington warned against geographical sectionalism, partisan political parties and factions, interference by foreign nations, and corrupt entities and individuals.

He encouraged, promoted, and touted the importance of religion, virtue, morals, ethics, and the education of the voting public to preserve the Constitution and the unity of government.

George Washington’s Wish for the American People

"… that your union and brotherly affection may be perpetual; that the free constitution, which is the work of your hands, may be sacredly maintained; that its administration in every department may be stamped with wisdom and virtue; that, in fine, the happiness of the people of these states, under the auspices of liberty, may be made complete by so careful a preservation and so prudent a use of this blessing …"

After declaring his wish for the American people, Washington began his counsel on how to preserve the union of the 13 states and sustain the integrity of the Constitution and the government it defined.

Preservation of the Union

Washington's overarching concern was preserving the recently formed union of the thirteen states united by the Constitution.

"The unity of government which constitutes you one people is also now dear to you. It is justly so; for it is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence, the support of your tranquility at home, your peace abroad, of your safety, of your prosperity, of that very liberty which you so highly prize."

Washington warned the People of the sources and causes that might seek to undermine and fracture the unity of America’s government which he believed underpins America's strength and the happiness of its people.

"… it is easy to foresee that, from different causes and from different quarters, much pains will be taken, many artifices employed, to weaken in your minds the conviction of this truth; as this is the point in your political fortress against which the batteries of internal and external enemies will be most constantly and actively (though often covertly and insidiously) directed"

Washington understood that the people's belief in a unified government is what makes America great.

"… you should properly estimate the immense value of your national Union to your collective and individual happiness; that you should cherish a cordial, habitual, and immovable attachment to it; accustoming yourselves to think and speak of it as of the palladium of your political safety and prosperity; watching for its preservation with jealous anxiety; discountenancing whatever may suggest even a suspicion that it can in any event be abandoned; and indignantly frowning upon the first dawning of every attempt to alienate any portion of our country from the rest, or to enfeeble the sacred ties which now link together the various parts."

"The name of American, which belongs to you in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of patriotism more than any appellation derived from local discriminations. With slight shades of difference, you have the same religion, manners, habits, and political principles. You have in a common cause fought and triumphed together. The independence and liberty you possess are the work of joint councils and joint efforts—of common dangers, sufferings, and successes."

Geographical Discrimination

Washington defined how politicians misrepresent the beliefs and intents of one geographical section of the country over another, designed to weaken the public trust in the federal government.

" . . . characterizing parties by geographical discriminations—northern and southern—Atlantic and western; whence designing men may endeavor to excite a belief that there is a real difference of local interests and views. One of the expedients of party to acquire influence within particular districts is to misrepresent the opinions and aims of other districts. You cannot shield yourselves too much against the jealousies and heart burnings which spring from these misrepresentations. They tend to render alien to each other those who ought to be bound together by fraternal affection."

Based on the governing experience under the Articles of Confederation, Washington knew that bilateral or multilateral interstate agreements should be avoided. The Federal Government should control interstate agreements.

"To the efficacy and permanency of your Union, a government for the whole is indispensable. No alliances, however strict, between the parts can be an adequate substitute. They must inevitably experience the infractions and interruptions which all alliances in all times have experienced."

The Constitution and Its Amendments

Washington praised the Constitution and compared it to the Articles of Confederation, which it replaced.

" … you have improved upon your first essay by the adoption of a Constitution of government better calculated than your former for an intimate Union and for the efficacious management of your common concerns."

Washington reminded the people that they must sacredly obey all the articles of the Constitution until they are changed through the amendment process.

" … containing within itself a provision for its own amendment, has a just claim to your confidence and your support. Respect for its authority, compliance with its laws, acquiescence in its measures, are duties enjoined by the fundamental maxims of true liberty. The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, until changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established government."

"If in the opinion of the people the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates."

The Need for a Strong Federal Government

Washington believed a strong federal government was necessary for the United States to survive.

"To the efficacy and permanency of your Union, a government for the whole is indispensable."

Two hundred twenty-eight years ago, Washington predicted what would happen if a faction (e.g. MAGA Republicans in 2025) obstructed the execution of laws, disrupted the lawful functioning of government agencies, and ignored the Constitution.

"Towards the preservation of your government and the permanency of your present happy state, it is requisite not only that you steadily discountenance irregular oppositions to its acknowledged authority but also that you resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its principles, however specious the pretexts. One method of assault may be to effect in the forms of the Constitution alterations which will impair the energy of the system and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown. In all the changes to which you may be invited, remember that time and habit are at least as necessary to fix the true character of governments as of other human institutions, that experience is the surest standard by which to test the real tendency of the existing constitution of a country, … "

Washington believed that the Federal government should be strong but not strong enough to curtail any American citizen’s rights as defined in the Constitution and its Amendments.

" … for the efficient management of your common interests in a country so extensive as ours, a government of as much vigor as is consistent with the perfect security of liberty is indispensable; liberty itself will find in such a government, with powers properly distributed and adjusted, its surest guardian."

Political Parties (Factions)

Washington knew the creation and evolution political parties and factions was regrettable, but inevitable. He feared that alternate domination of the Federal Government by one party over all others would likely lead to despotism.

"One of the expedients of party to acquire influence within particular districts is to misrepresent the opinions and aims of other districts."

" … alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. Washington believed that when members of a political party or faction control the Federal Government and exceed the authority granted to them by the Constitution, then American citizens must protest and demand that any usurpation of power be reversed.

" … there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be by force of public opinion to mitigate and assuage it. A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest instead of warming it should consume."

To avoid drifting towards despotism, Washington recognized that the balance of powers granted by the Constitution to the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the Federal Government must be maintained and not be encroached upon by any branch.

" … the habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution in those entrusted with its administration to confine themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism."

Religion, Virtue, Morals and Ethics

Washington was a religious man.

"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports."

"Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."

Education of the People

"Promote then, as an object of primary importance, institutions for the general diffusion of knowledge."

Taxation

Foreign Relations

Based on the political and military history of the late 18th century, it is understandable that Washington would prefer for the United States to be both politically and economically neutral. This belief appears to influence most of his advice and counsel on foreign affairs.

"Observe good faith and justice towards all nations; cultivate peace and harmony with all;"

" … permanent, inveterate antipathies against particular nations and passionate attachments for others should be excluded and that in place of them just and amicable feelings towards all should be cultivated. The nation which indulges towards another an habitual hatred, or an habitual fondness, is in some degree a slave."

Washington was clearly against the use of Tariffs.

George Washington would disagree with deploying any form of tariff.

Conclusions

The Trump 2.0 administration’s executive actions during its first 100 days in power exhibit most, if not all, of George Washington’s concerns and fears regarding despotic actions which could, if not checked, erode the Federal Government structure defined by the Constitution by:

• Taking unintended advantage of congress’ delegation to the President of its sole power to create tariffs as defined by Article I, Section 8 and Article I, Section 10, Clause 2 of the Constitution.

• Violating the writ of habeus corpus as defined in the Suspension Clause of the Constitution (Article I, Section 9, Clause 2) of the Constitution and as clarified and modified in subsequent judicial rulings and state laws.

• Effectively eliminating government departments and agencies created by Congress’ laws through employee terminations and the cancellation of programs, projects, and grants previously legislated by Congress.

• Ignoring the rule of law by ignoring federal court and the Supreme Court rulings in cases, such as the illegal deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.

• Applying existing laws to situations for which they were not originally intended (e.g. using the 1798 “Act Concerning Aliens” to deport certain immigrant cohorts).

if Congress and the Federal Courts do not bring the Trump 2.0 Presidency “to heel”, then the American People must take direct action through their votes and high visibiity protests.

This means that DOGE has forced SSA to discontinue adding to or updating any information associated with the historical evolution of social security in the USA. I assume they have terminated SSA employees who created and maintained SSA history content.

Improving government efficiency is always a good goal, but the wholesale gutting of large multi-function government departments and agencies in less than 100 days is imprudent at best and destructive at worst.

DOGE is like a home improvement consultant you hire (vote for) to come in, assess what needs to be cleaned up or out, then, after approval, execute the cleanup.

But without getting your (the American People's) prior approval, this consultant and his minions remove old furniture you love. They remove paintings from your walls that they don’t like. They root through your drawers and closets looking for old clothes and possessions they believe you should no longer need. Then, they pile it all in your backyard, pour gasoline on the pile, and strike a match. When you complain, they point to their proposal (Project 2025) for the work they said they would do if you hired them (voted for them). They look confused and tell you, “What are you complaining about? We are doing what we said we would do (Project 2025).” While the leader of the consulting company (Donald J. Trump) states he knew nothing about the details of the written proposal (Project 2025).

This post confirms and documents the censorship and subtle propaganda I have experienced while creating images with ChatGPT for my Substack posts.

WHAT HAPPENED: I asked ChatGPT to create an image of Lady Justice and her scale with the American People standing in a saucer hanging from one arm of the scale and Donald J. Trump sitting in a saucer hanging from the other arm of the scale. Trump is smiling and holding two bags stuffed with money. The scale is tilted in Trump’s favor.

The cartoon image is intended to convey Trump’s gleeful greed as he uses his Presidential powers to fill his pockets with money while he deprives the American People of their Constitutional rights and social benefits.

To get this image I had to find ways to avoid violating OpenAI’s content policies.

Initial Prompt

Create a cartoon image of "Lady Justice" Donald J Trump is sitting on one of Lady Justice's two scales. Trump is holding two full cloth bags. Each bag is marked with the American dollar symbol. To avoid violating OpenAI’s content policies, I remove Trump’s name from the 2nd prompt.

Note: I did not insult or deride Trump.

Once again, ChatGPT balks at any negative description of Trump, citing its content violation policies.

I can’t make that change because it violates our content policies. If you’d like to adjust or revise the image in another way, feel free to share a new prompt or idea!

To investigate what might be triggering ChatGPT’s content violation policies, I decided to delete the reference to Trump’s “orange” face.

Now show the man who looks like Donald J. Trump smiling with Trump's characteristic smile.

With the reference to Trump’s “orange” face removed, ChatGPT created the following image:

Conclusions

Apparently, OpenAI has trained its large language models to censor any prompt containing the word “orange” in the context of Donald J. Trump’s cosmetic facial coloring.

Are OpenAI’s content violation policies subtlety infringing on my ability to exercise my First Amendment rights to free speech???

This is what censorship is going to look like in the 21st century. AI tools that could facilitate and enhance the effectiveness of human free speech will be censored — if that speech is arbitrarily deemed to be inappropriate.

ChatGPT produces each image in less than a minute — really cool.

On the morning of 4-19-25, I was working on a Substack post for which I wanted an image of the “Tree of Liberty” showing the three branches of Our Federal Government with Trump wielding an axe to cut down the tree.

Below is ChatGPT’s first attempt to create an image deriding Trump’s efforts to dismantle Our Federal Government.

This image has some obvious errors.

To correct these errors, I “tweaked” my prompt (text instructions to ChatGPT).

My revised prompt is shown below. Note the last sentence of this prompt:

“Exaggerate Trump's fat belly. Make Trump's face orange in color. Make his hair look windblown.”

My prompt to ChatGPT:

Let's start over. Create a cartoon of an oak tree with three equal size branches. The base of the tree trunk is labeled "Federal Government" with the word "Federal" above the word "Government". The left branch of the tree is labeled "Legislative" and has two sub-branches labeled "House of Representatives" and "Senate". I was stunned. I did not believe I had asked ChatGPT to perform any task which might violate OpenAI’s content policies. I had asked for similar descriptions of Trump in previous image requests for other Substack posts that were allowed.

After thinking about it, I deleted the last sentence which derided Trump:

Exaggerate Trump's fat belly. Make Trump's face orange in color. Make his hair look windblown.

I resubmitted the revised prompt. ChatGPT responded with the image shown below.

Conclusion

My conclusion — and I hope I am wrong — is the AI “Tech Bros” are falling in line, one-by-one, and “bending a knee” to Der Führer along with prestigious law firms, multi-national corporations, universities, news media, state governments, and other institutions.

Are OpenAI content moderators, AI or human, censoring criticism of specific public officials or politicians such as Donald J. Trump? If so, how is that different than illegally confiscating the pen and paper of a political cartoonist, like Garry Trudeau of Doonesbury fame?

Below is a quote from a letter Hamilton wrote in 1800 while Burr was running for President against Thomas Jefferson.

Four years later, in 1804, Hamilton and Burr engaged in a duel. Hamilton shot first. He deliberately missed Burr, as he had promised before the duel. Then, Burr shot Hamilton in the abdomen. Hamilton died the next day.
