Trump's Epstein Files Distractions
Trump uses outrageous, ridiculous, illegal political ploys to deflect, divert, and distract the American public's focus on the Epstein Files
Much of the American public may be ignorant, stuck in their own belief bubbles, too lazy to seek the truth, but they are mostly not stupid. They know if it has webbed feet, waddles, and quacks like a duck, then it is probably a duck.
As one of the protest signs I saw at a recent protest rally says,
"It Takes One to Know One.
Epstein Was a Pedophile.
Trump Knew Epstein.
Trump Is a ???"
Deflection, diversion, and distraction: The "go-to" Trump strategy to bury embarrassing and potentially destructive political information from public scrutiny.
As the Epstein Files controversy has gained traction and the American public's attention, Trump and his sycophants have doubled-down on issuing outrageous, ridiculous, and, in some instances, illegal executive orders and other political ploys to deflect, divert, and distract the American public’s attention:
Falsely declaring America is being invaded by illegal immigrants to circumvent the United States Constitution’s due process1 and Habeus Corpus2 clauses.
Habeus corpus protects both citizens and non-citizens from unlawful imprisonment by requiring authorities to bring a detained person before a court to determine if their confinement is lawful.Hiring thousands of unqualified ICE agents; then deploying these vigilante-like, Ku Klux Klan reminiscent agents to search for, arrest and detain allegedly illegal immigrants on the streets of America and in their homes while wearing masks, driving unmarked vehicles, and refusing to show detainees their lawful identification.
Deploying US National Guard and active duty US Marines to restore order in Los Angeles, CA in response to mostly peaceful public protests and rallies opposing ICE activities.
Grandiose bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities.
Deploying US National Guard troops from several states to take control of law and order in, allegedly, crime-ridden Washington, DC.
Threatening to deploy US National Guard troops in *blue* state sanctuary cities which refuse to comply with ICE's efforts to locate, arrest, and detain allegedly illegal immigrants.
Ordering the Texas state legislature to gerrymander their congressional districts in an attempt to gain as many as five additional US House of Representatives seats in the upcoming 2026 congressional elections.
Holding a unnecessary and apparently unproductive summit in Alaska with Russian President, Vladimir Putin to resolve the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.
Announcing a planned executive order terminating the mail-in voting option in all 50 states based on a suggestion by Putin. Putin was proven to have interfered with the 2016 US Presidential election to help Trump get elected.
Sending a letter to Gov. Bob Ferguson of Washington State threatening him with imprisonment if the State of Washington does not comply with Trump Administration executive orders.
With these increasing and outrageous daily distractions, it is difficult to stay focused on what may turn out to be one of political history's biggest exposés - the opening of the Epstein Files.
The breadth and depth of Epstein's adjudicated crimes and his close relationships with politicians (Trump, Clinton, et. al), financiers, British Royalty (Prince Andrew), lawyers (Alan Dershowitz), and a host of uber-wealthy individuals indicates to me that there is a list of Epstein's co-pedophiles hidden within the Epstein Files. We may never see that list. The proof of their guilt may have already been deleted from what remains of the US government’s trove of original Epstein Files.
However, There are other sources of information on Epstein’s criminal sex trafficing enterprise:
Court records which are difficult for politicians to delete.
Two Netflix documentaries one on Epstein3 and the other on Ghislaine Maxwell4.
The light of day must be shined on the Epstein Files and any of Epstein’s co-pedophiles.
